Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no refunds are given.

however, unopened + unused product may be returned for store credit, less a 15% restocking fee, if shipped back within 14 days of product receipt (as per original tracking info).

1. email us at frontdesk@skinsalvationsf.com with your order number and list of items you want to return.

2. please ship these items back to us insured with tracking. if you like, we can send you a shipping label, and deduct that cost from your store credit refund; just let me know in your email. please make sure to include your original order number in the address as shown below:

3. store credit will be granted once the product is received and confirmed to be in new condition. we will email you upon receipt!

if we mis-shipped an item, or you receive a defective item, we will remedy it at our cost.
